The Amenities

Water’s Edge at St. Brieux has access to many services to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for property owners:

• Utilities: Natural gas, electricity and telephone are provided on each lot.
• Water: Owners will be required to install cisterns or drill their own water well. Treated water is available from local suppliers on a fee for service basis.
• Sewage: Owners will be required to install septic tanks for sewage disposal. Local providers are available on a fee for service basis.
• Roads: All roads within the subdivision will be maintained by the rural municipality (RM) of Lake Lenore. Roads will be cleared regularly in the winter and after a heavy snowfall.
• Garbage: Owners will be required to properly dispose of solid waste. Garbage disposal may be contracted for with REACT Waste Management or may be hauled to REACT transfer stations during their public hours of operation.
• Police Services: Safety and security services are provided by the local RCMP.
• Emergency Medical and Ambulance Services: Full medical services are available in Melfort.
• Fire Protection: Fire protection services are provided by the Volunteer St. Brieux Fire Department.
